What's That Smell?

This is what I look like when I haven't showered in two weeks, not too bad right? What you cannot see are the thick layers of caked sunscreen, flaking skin, and dried sweat and tears on my face from the many days spent going up and down a steep glacier. I smell like fart and something sour.
